L'Opera's Executive Chef, Derrar has created a special menu for November's Wine Evening to compliment the wines being served:

- Mushroom Boucher stuffed with anchovies
- Mini brushetta with tomato, basil and feta cheese
- Mint infused duck terrine on crostini

- Traditional minestrone with chive bread
Salad
- Baked chicken thigh with saffron and herbs served with Roma tomato
Main
- Trio of Italian dumplings: Beef and sage herbs tortellini, Spinach and ricotta ravioli, and Lobster and walnut agnolotti
Dessert
- Ginger and raspberry creme brulee
